The P&L

Your restaurant P&L.
Built every month, by itself.

Mise builds it from what is already there: the nights your till sent, the invoices your team typed, and your wages, entered once a month. Nobody builds the month by hand.

A demo restaurant. Yours shows in your own currency. Yours shows in rupiah. Yours shows in your own currency.

Twelve months, side by side. Sales down to the result and its margin. In money or as a percent of sales.

Every figure opens. Tap one in Mise to see the invoices behind it.

A result you can stand behind. A month shows its result once its sales, invoices and wages are in. The month check names what is still missing.

Final, then a file. Mark a month Final by hand. Send the P&L as a PDF or an Excel file, with your logo, in two taps.

One night

Every hour of the night, in its place.

The team clocks in.

From their own phone, at the venue. Each person sees tonight’s shift, station and team.

A cook's month on her phone. Every day with its start time or OFF, tonight's station and team, and Clock out.

Sold out. One tap.

The chef marks the dish once. Every phone that opens the menu sees it.

The recipe book on the chef's phone. Every dish with its food cost in percent of its price.

Clock out. Two taps.

With Undo, in case it was too early. A forgotten clock out is flagged on the hours sheet.

A cook's phone after she clocked out. Tonight's shift, her station and the whole team, and Clock in.

The till mails its report.

Mise reads the end of day reports of Quinos and FoodStory tills, and the booking reports of SevenRooms and BistroChat. Each system has its own reader. Tell us yours.

Last night is in.

Open the night: the takings, the bills, the guests and the spend per guest, beside the same night last week and last year.

One night on a phone. The takings, the bills, the guests and the spend per guest, beside the same night last week and last year.

The rest of the house

Everything else, in its place.

The books, the kitchen, the cellar, the team and the partners. One system, one sign-in.

Invoices

Works like your spreadsheet.

One table with the columns your bookkeeper keeps. Every box saves itself. Pin the paper on its line: a photo, a PDF or a Drive link.

The invoice sheet on a computer. One line per invoice: the supplier, its number, what it was for and the amount before tax.
The invoice sheet on a phone. Three lines, each with what it was for, the amount before tax and the tax.

Costs

Your food cost, while the month runs.

Bought so far, beside last month on the same day.

27.2%

7.5 points lower than last month on the same day.

A demo restaurant.

Recipes and the menu

What a plate costs. Sold out in one tap.

The cost per portion and the food cost as soon as you save. The menu on every phone, with a search by ingredient or allergen.

The recipe book on the chef's phone. Every dish with its food cost in percent of its price.

The cellar

Count it by walking it.

Each line saves on its own, so a count can stop and start again. Count it at both ends of the month, and Mise shows what was poured, not only what was bought.

Today's cellar count on a phone, with the dark screen. Each bottle line saved on its own, 31 of 49 counted.

Private events

One sheet for the whole team.

The night, the guests, the menu and the notes. Coming back, you see what others changed first.

Partners

Who holds what. What each one was paid.

Type one amount and Mise splits it by share. Each partner has a page of their own, with a statement as a PDF.

The partners of one restaurant. The ring of shares, the partners' part of the year, what was paid and what was put in.
The partners of one restaurant. The ring of shares, 100 percent held, and four partners with their share.

Roster, hours and leave

The whole month on one screen.

Publish one team at a time. Each person reads their month, asks for leave and clocks in on their own phone. A missed punch is fixed with one reason.

The roster on a computer, one week from Monday. The kitchen by station, and each cook with a start time or OFF for every day.
The roster on a phone. Three days of the Pass, each cook with a start time or OFF.
A cook's month on her phone. Every day with its start time or OFF, tonight's station and team, and Clock out.

Every venue

One sign-in. Every venue.

Switch at the top of every screen. Each venue keeps its own night, books, P&L, team and rules. Each person sees what their job needs.

Lately in Mise

Built with the restaurants that use it.

Mise grows with what its restaurants ask for. Here are the newest parts, and the month each one arrived.

  1. October 2026

Read what the month really cost, not what you bought.

Count the stock at the start and at the end of a month and your food and drink cost becomes what the kitchen and the bar actually used. Mise works the figure out from the count and you confirm it in one tap.

  2. October 2026

Count the food and the drinks on two phones.

Two people walk the fridges at once, one zone each, and each sees what the other has just counted. Weigh it in kilos, pour it in litres or count it whole, and start from the spreadsheet you already keep by pasting it in. The kitchen has a book of its own, beside the cellar.

  3. October 2026

Take the invoice book to Excel.

The month you are reading, with the filters you set, goes out as an Excel or a CSV file in one click. One line over the table already adds up the amounts, the tax and the withholding tax of what is on screen.

  4. October 2026

Read your figures in the money you count in.

Beta An owner or a partner far from the restaurant reads every screen in euros, dollars or rupiah. The rate is the European Central Bank one of the day. A box you type in still takes the venue’s own money, and says what it comes to. What is saved stays in the venue’s own money.

  5. October 2026

Set your restaurant up on one screen.

Beta Job titles, roster teams, where the team clocks in, the days off rule and the leave days a year. Each panel says what will change before you save, and a save can be undone.

Who makes Mise

Made by restaurant people.

Mise is made by people who work the floor, the pass and the cellar, together with software developers. It runs real services, every night.

  • A sommelier.

Knows every bottle of a cellar, and what a missing one costs. So the cellar is counted with a phone, bottle by bottle.

The cellar, counted with a phone, bottle by bottle.

  • A general manager.

Knows the roster, the leave and the messages at 2 a.m. So the team reads its month on the phone, and the manager answers each leave request there.

The team’s month and its leave, on every phone.

  • A chef.

Knows what a plate costs and what a late delivery does. So a recipe gives its cost per portion, and a dish runs out in one tap.

The cost of a plate, and a dish sold out in one tap.

  • Software developers.

Build what the three of them ask for, test it on a phone and a computer before it reaches you, and keep your business walled off from every other one.

They build what the three ask for, and test it before it reaches you.

The people who make Mise answer your messages.

Every day, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+7. That is 10:00 to 19:00 in Bali and Singapore.

How you start

Three steps to your first morning.

  1. A message, then a call.

Show us how you work today: your till’s report, your invoices, your roster, your month workbook. We show you what Mise reads.

  2. Your past months come in.

We bring in your nights, your invoices and your people from the files you already keep. Your first screen opens on the months they hold.

  3. Your team, on their phones.

A manager gives each person a login and shares it in the chat you already use. We stay close on WhatsApp. A real person answers.

Questions

Before you message us.

Does Mise work with my till?

Your till stays. Where Mise reads your till, its end of day report books the night by itself. Beta For any other till, a night is typed in on one screen. Each till has its own reader. Tell us yours.

Which reports does Mise read?

Mise reads the reports your systems already send: the end of day reports of Quinos and FoodStory tills, and the booking reports of SevenRooms and BistroChat. Mise only reads.

Does Mise build my P&L?

Yes. Every month, from your nights, your invoices and your wages. A month shows its result once all three are in.

Who answers when we message?

The people who make Mise, on WhatsApp, in English. Every day, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+7. That is 10:00 to 19:00 in Bali and Singapore.

How do my staff get Mise?

In their phone’s browser, saved to the home screen. A phone in daily use stays signed in, up to 90 days at a time. Each person gets a short id from their name and a password they choose once. No email address needed.

Which language is Mise in?

English. Every screen is written in short, everyday sentences, for teams whose first language is another one.

Can I read the figures in my own money?

Beta Yes. An owner or a partner reads the months, the P&L and their own share in euros, dollars or rupiah. The rate is the European Central Bank one of the day, and it is named on the screen. What is saved, and every file you send out, stays in the venue’s own money.

How do the hours reach our payroll?

As a file of the month’s hours for the people who do your payroll, with every fix named. They work out pay and tax from it.

Where is my data, and can I take it out?

The database is in Singapore. Your business is walled off from every other business in the database itself, and every screen checks who you are. A copy of every table is written each week. Photos and that copy are kept in a file store, also in Singapore. Changes to your invoices, hours, roster, menu and cellar are written to a record the software can only add to. On request, and when you leave, the Mise team gives you your data as files: your tables, your invoices and sales, your photos.

How much does it cost?

Every feature: ฿3,990 Rp 1.990.000 US$119 per venue, per month. Launch price until 31 December 2026. Pay for the year and two months are free. See the price

Every morning,
last night is on your phone.

Show us your restaurant on a short call. We show you what Mise reads from your till, and what your mornings look like after.

Every day, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+7. That is 10:00 to 19:00 in Bali and Singapore.
