What Mise is
Mise (mise.systems) is restaurant back-office software for owner-run restaurants and groups in Southeast Asia.
It builds the monthly P&L from nights, invoices and wages, and puts the roster, leave and hours on every phone.
The people
Who makes Mise.
Mise is made by people who work the floor, the pass and the cellar, together with software developers. It runs real services, every night.
A sommelier.
Knows every bottle of a cellar, and what a missing one costs. So the cellar is counted with a phone, bottle by bottle.
The cellar, counted with a phone, bottle by bottle.
A general manager.
Knows the roster, the leave and the messages at 2 a.m. So the team reads its month on the phone, and the manager answers each leave request there.
The team’s month and its leave, on every phone.
A chef.
Knows what a plate costs and what a late delivery does. So a recipe gives its cost per portion, and a dish runs out in one tap.

Software developers.
Build what the three of them ask for, test it on a phone and a computer before it reaches you, and keep your business walled off from every other one.
